The staff was not only welcoming and attentive but also bilingual, which was a delightful surprise for us. the new and well-maintained hotel offered spacious rooms with modern amenities, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location in Short Pump was ideal, with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. the indoor pool, outdoor courtyard, and fitness center provided additional relaxation and entertainment options for us. the friendly staff, like Carrie at the front desk, truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Although I usually skip breakfast, the continental breakfast offered was a pleasant surprise. the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of a nightlight in the bathroom. Overall, our experience at Hampton Inn & Suites Richmond Short Pump was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient location, friendly staff, and modern accommodations. We can't wait to return!
